Be The Animal — Terms of Use

1. License

Be The Animal is licensed for personal, non-commercial use under Apple’s standard Licensed Application EULA.

2. Purchases — what the unlock covers

The app is free to download, with one optional non-consumable in-app purchase. There is no subscription.

Included — original content. The unlock opens every animal, mini-game, Arcade Mix and seasonal pack present in the app at the time of purchase. It also covers the animals, mini-games and seasonal packs created by YeahPlus Co., Ltd. ("original content") that we add afterwards, at no extra cost.

Not included — partner content. Content built around characters or brands licensed from a third party ("partner content") may be offered as a separate in-app purchase. If we offer partner content, we will clearly identify it as a separate item on the App Store product page and inside the app. Adding partner content will not reduce what your unlock already covers — everything you have opened stays open.

Refunds follow Apple App Store policy. Apple is the seller of record for App Store transactions, and payment and refund requests are handled through Apple.

3. Content

All graphics, sound and code in the app are copyright YeahPlus Co., Ltd. Animal images you create with the photo feature are yours to share freely for personal use.

4. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law we accept no liability for damages arising from its use.
